Students could produce a variety of text types such as:-

write their own review after viewing.
Write letters to the participants of the experiment or the facilitators.
Blog post taking opposing stand points
Diary - as a participant which would vary depending on their choice

It opens up discussions about the language of racism (the N. word is used in the programme) attitudes, prejudice, manipulation through the media and the language choices of Channel 4 and much much more.
